Do you travel?

Destination weddings inside the United States: I love traveling for weddings across the country! I’m excited for the chance to explore new places and capture your love story, no matter where you’re celebrating.

Destination weddings outside United States: I love photographing destination weddings abroad! For weddings outside the United States, I offer 50% off wedding coverage—you only need to cover my flight. Be sure to check out my destination bucket list, your wedding coverage could be FREE!

How far in advance should we book?

Engagements + Portraits: I recommend booking at least 1 month in advance to ensure we can secure your preferred timeframe. If you're planning for save-the-date photos, it's best to schedule your session 9-12 months before your wedding day.

Weddings: I highly recommend booking at least 12-18 months in advance to lock in your date.

When + how will we receive our photos?

Your fully edited gallery will be sent to you via email. The gallery will be downloadable and password protected to ensure your privacy. You will have full rights to the photos, allowing you to download, print, copy, and share your images however you like.

I kindly ask that you refrain from altering the images and to tag my business @PhanPhotoCo if you decide to post on social media.

Turnaround Times:

Engagements + Portraits: 7-10 business days

Elopements + Intimate Weddings: 6-8 Weeks

4 + 6 Hour Weddings: 8-10 weeks

8+ Hour Weddings: 10-12 weeks

What is your rescheduling or cancellation policy?

Plans can change! You may reschedule your session at no additional cost if weather conditions prevent us from shooting. However, if you choose to reschedule for any other reason, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. If you cancel your session entirely, your deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. If you need to make any changes to your booking, please reach out as soon as possible so I can accommodate your request.

how do we secure a booking?

Engagements + Portraits: To book your session, a 50% deposit is due upon booking and the rest is due the day of your session

Weddings: To secure your wedding date, a signed contract and a 50% deposit are required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your wedding day.

What is your photography style?

My photography style is a blend of natural, candid moments with a touch of romantic elegance. As a natural light photographer, I’m drawn to the beauty of soft, glowing light, and I love chasing sunsets to capture those golden-hour moments that add warmth and magic to your photos. My approach is all about telling your unique love story through authentic moments, while my photos remain light and airy with bold colors that bring energy and life to every image.

Do you recommend a 2nd photographer?

Yes, I highly recommend having a second photographer for weddings with over 200 guests, or if you’re planning a day with multiple locations or specific moments you want captured from different angles. A second photographer allows us to capture more moments, ensuring no key detail is missed. It also gives me the flexibility to focus on you while the second shooter can cover your guests, candid moments, or the wider perspective of your venue. It’s a great way to ensure every aspect of your day is beautifully documented from start to finish.

Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! I’m always happy to incorporate any specific poses or inspo you’d like. Whether it’s a family portrait, a special detail you want captured, or a particular moment you’ve been dreaming of, I’ll work with you to make sure those shots are included. I’ll make sure to take the time to get those perfect moments while still allowing our session to unfold naturally.
